Silver Springs / Old Ranch Rd

Across from the Canyons Resort at Park City is the Old Ranch Road and Silver Spring areas. Old Ranch Road contains some of the most sought-after land in the area and has become more and more popular for grand homes with sizeable lots, many that are equestrian. This area is also prized for its views from the lush valley floor to the Wasatch Back and Canyons Resort and it’s proximity to the Round Valley trail systems.
