She knows what she’s talking about and as I said she was fantastic! She helped us to find the home of our dreams. There were some problems with the house and she helped us with the process of negotiating with the sellers. She didn’t just help us. She was outstanding! We can’t think of enough words of praise. Lacy was terrific! We live in Atlanta, GA, and wanted to purchase a vacation rental property that we would use for a couple of months per year. We had visited Park City to ski every winter for over a decade, but we were not really familiar with the real estate market, the areas, the vacation rental market, etc. Lacy was super-patient with us, answering all of our questions and showing us several homes over the course of a multiple-year period until we found the home we were comfortable with.
